Pimhill Farm
In the 16th Century Pimhill Barn was at the heart of a busy farm. Four hundred years later, though the barn's function has changed, Pimhill Farm is still a working farm. It was one of the first farms in the UK to 'go organic' in 1949 and since then has passed through three generations of the Mayall family.
Pimhill Farm produces organic milk from a herd of 250 Holstein cows as well as a range of national award winning products from the wheat and oats grown onsite. Flour is stoneground in Pimhill Mill.
The farm, mill and barn are now run by Ginny Mayall and her husband, Ian Anderson.
